We have been very appreciative of the responsiveness of DSCA in providing direction and guidance for us to address any Model-K8 issues. For reference, I've attached the Model-K8 quad chart and a current presentation. On pages 9-11 of the presentation, you will find the current operational safety process that reflects the safety input we've had from DSCA. To this point, we believe we have answered all outstanding issues, but it does appear the first 1000 unit MOD LOR is stuck somewhere between OSD-P and Congressional funding. If there is anything we can do to answer any further questions or concerns or assist in any way, we stand ready to assist and respond. I'd like to schedule a call if you will suggest a few times that work for you - I'll coordinate with MG Holt's calendar. Lastly FYSA, our understanding is that USASAC is willing to add this LOR to the current tranche once approved by OSD-P/DSPA. We are also now aware that the UKR SBU SOF organization has now issued an additional 1000 unit LOR, and the UKR MIA has requested 2000 units for border protection - these are backed up as well until we figure out the first case. Thank you very much and we stand ready to help in any way. V/R - Mark Mark Schmidt | President and CEO mschmidt@cyberlux.com 919-434-6608

Schmidt identifies himself as Cyberlux CEO and Model-K8 maker and says USASAC Mr. Dornblaser and retired USAF MG Cameron Holt directed him to Johnson. This is Schmidt’s account of referrals; neither Johnson nor the cited officials replies in this source. The precise Dornblaser identity and any government authority are not resolved by surname alone.

He thanks DSCA for direction/guidance and says presentation pages 9–11 describe an operational safety process reflecting DSCA input. Two attachments dated 25 November 2022—a quad sheet and Model-K8 Attack Drone Weapons System presentation—are listed, totalling a displayed 5 MB, but are not included in this print. Agency input is reported, not a supplied certification, acceptance test or government finding that every safety issue was resolved.

He reports his understanding that USASAC will add the LOR to the current tranche once approved by OSD-P/DSPA, preserving the printed DSPA rather than silently changing it to DSCA. He also reports a further 1,000-unit UKR SBU SOF LOR and a 2,000-unit UKR MIA border-protection request delayed behind the first case. The three quantities sum to 4,000 requested units in his account, not 4,000 ordered, approved or delivered units; the underlying LORs and approval chain are absent.

The three quantities sum to 4,000 requested units in his account, not 4,000 ordered, approved or delivered units; the underlying LORs and approval chain are absent.referencesNote A says an August 2023 $78.9 million K8 contract brought approximately $39 million advances, approximately $15 million shipments and $23,145,000 remaining advance payments at year end. It expressly says remaining shipments require DoD acceptance including engineering/testing with uncertain timing and that the contract may be amended, delayed or cancelled. Revenue policy distinguishes satisfied performance obligations from deferred revenue. Advances, recognised revenue and accepted product cannot be collapsed into one completed-contract measure.

The 2022 email reports requested quantities and pending approvals; the 2023 accounts report a later programme advance and acceptance uncertainty. Match exact LOR and contract identifiers before treating quantities, programmes or funding as identical.

Schmidt writes that he believes all outstanding issues answered but that the first 1,000-unit MOD LOR appears stuck between OSD-P and congressional funding. He requests help and a call, offering to coordinate Holt’s calendar. Belief, appearance and a request for assistance retain their qualifiers; this is not an awarded contract, funding obligation or completed delivery.supportsWhich exact attachments, LORs, agency replies and approval/funding documents establish safety findings and the disposition of each requested quantity?

Schmidt identifies himself as Cyberlux CEO and Model-K8 maker and says USASAC Mr. Dornblaser and retired USAF MG Cameron Holt directed him to Johnson.
