Eric, as discussed, after our demonstration to both General Zaluzhnyi and
General Shaptala at the Stare UKR base, we received a request letter from
General Shaptala for the Model-K8 and UKR has issued a Non-Transfer and End
User Certificate today to support the request letter. As stated by General
Shaptala, "the Armed Forces of Ukraine urgently require the Model-K8 to
accomplish combat tasks to confront the Russian aggressor successfully", and
Cyberlux stands ready to fulfill the request once funded. I would appreciate
getting this UKR package through the proper channels for execution. Please see
attached.
Also, on September 9th, we attended a meeting with top officials from G2/G4/G6
and MOD at the 11 Mirrors Hotel concerning the Cyberlux Model-K8 product
capability, operations and fielding, including the Company's heavy investment in
customer service. I have attached that presentation for additional background.
As you know, the Model-K8 provides a unique capability which can be used in
numerous use-cases and have an immediate impact in the current environment.

General Shaptala for the Model-K8 and UKR has issued a Non-Transfer and End
User Certificate today to support the request letter. As stated by General
Shaptala, "the Armed Forces of Ukraine urgently require the Model-K8 to
accomplish combat tasks to confront the Russian aggressor successfully", and
Cyberlux stands ready to fulfill the request once funded. I would appreciate
getting this UKR package through the proper channels for execution. Please see
attached.
Also, on September 9th, we attended a meeting with top officials from G2/G4/G6
and MOD at the 11 Mirrors Hotel concerning the Cyberlux Model-K8 product
capability, operations and fielding, including the Company's heavy investment in
customer service. I have attached that presentation for additional background.
