Is there any issue with those in South America. I haven’t heard. Norway is the only issue down there. Simply because they will not allow Colombia to have it. I’ll ask tonight. Thank you - we have deep connection up to the top there. I’ve been hesitant but maybe the opportunity justifies. Just to clarify, these are the larger fixed wing? Correct. Not quite what’s in play in Ukraine but fixed wing. I saw a couple videos of what they can do the last couple of days. Pretty sweet. But yes, the fixed wing is what they are looking for down there so I’m gonna see if I could have drinks with them this week. I just sent a WhatsApp message to one of the executives/ owners of the company that I’m working with down there Is your company registered with DDTC yet? The directorate of defense trade controls through the US department of state? I’ll check. ITAR (International Traffic In Arms Regulation) regulates defense products, technical data, and services. Under federal rule 22 CFR §122.1, anyone who manufactures, exports, or imports defense products or services is required to register with the Directorate of Defense Trade Controls (DDTC) in the State Dept The good news, is that I work closely with a company that has a great relationship so we could easily get licenses if needed However, eventually you are going to want to do it and might actually be required to register with them because you are a manufacturer. Are you on Telegram or Signal?
